Halalmegle lets you video chat with random strangers while only your eyes are visible. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.
Who can use Halalmegle
“And do not mix the truth with falsehood, or conceal the truth while you know it.”
You must be at least 18 years old. Don't use Halalmegle if you're younger, or if the law where you live doesn't allow you to.
The rules
“Help one another in righteousness and piety, and do not help one another in sin and aggression.”
- No nudity, sexual content or sexual talk directed at someone who doesn't want it.
- No one under 18, on camera or off.
- No harassment, threats, hate speech or bullying.
- No illegal activity, and no encouraging others to harm themselves or anyone else.
- No recording, screenshotting or sharing other people's video, voice or messages without their consent.
- No spam, advertising, scams or asking strangers for money.
- Don't try to get around the eyes-only filter, the age requirement, blocks or rate limits.
Reports and blocks
“O you who have believed, be persistently standing firm in justice, witnesses for Allah, even if it be against yourselves.”
You can report anyone you're talking to. When several different people report the same person, that person is blocked for at least 24 hours. We may block anyone at any time, for any reason, to keep Halalmegle safe. We may share reports with the police or other authorities where the law requires it, for example when a report involves a child.
Strangers are strangers
“O you who have believed, fear Allah and speak words of appropriate justice.”
You choose what you say and share. Don't share your full name, address, school, workplace, passwords or money with someone you met here. If you decide to keep talking somewhere else, that's between you and them.
The filter isn't perfect
“Allah does not charge a soul except with that within its capacity.”
The filter runs on your device and tries to show only your eyes. It can make mistakes, for example in bad lighting or if your face moves quickly. Your voice is never filtered. Don't use Halalmegle for anything you couldn't accept another person seeing or hearing.
No guarantees
Halalmegle is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. It may be unavailable, change, or shut down at any time. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for anything that happens because of your use of Halalmegle or anything another person says or does.
Changes
We may update these terms. If you keep using Halalmegle after a change, you accept the new terms.
